Application Requirements
All applicants must complete the Association’s required application materials in conjunction with the online screening process through Tenant Evaluation

Windsor West Condominium Association, Inc. follows a fair, consistent, and thorough review process for all purchase and lease applications.
All required documents and screening results are received.
The Board or designated committee reviews the application.
Applications are notified of approval or denial in writing.
If approved, follow the instructions for move-in or closing.
Board Resolution 2026
The 2026 revised Board Resolution governing approval of leases and sales establishes the standards and procedures for review.
