If you are looking to rent one of the units, please note that we are a condominium community and not an apartment complex and you will have to contact the owners and or their property managers directly to set up a time to view the unit.

If you are already a tenant, please note that your first point of contact will be the property manager and/or the property owner. If after you have attempted to resolve the issue by contacting the property manager, and the owner in the matter is still unresolved, then we encourage you to go ahead and book an appointment so that a resolution can be reached between the 2 parties.

Please provide as much information in the notes section so that the board president, Michael Contorno can be prepared for the appointment.
