Please be advised that the Monthly Board of Directors Meeting originally scheduled for tonight at 6:30 PM EST is being rescheduled to this Thursday, at the same time – 6:30 PM EST.

This adjustment is necessary to ensure that all agenda items, exhibits, and supporting documents are properly outlined and available for member review prior to discussion. The Board is committed to maintaining transparency and providing members with adequate time to review all materials in advance of the meeting.
